Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: October 5, 2026

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the refund, cancellation, renewal, and billing practices that apply to products and services purchased from Market Weaverz LLC (β€œMarket Weaverz,” β€œwe,” β€œus,” or β€œour”).

This policy applies to Market Weaverz subscriptions, software-enabled services, implementation services, automation services, consulting services, digital products, training, and other products or services unless different terms are clearly stated in an applicable checkout page, order form, proposal, service agreement, promotional offer, or other written agreement.

If an offer-specific written guarantee or agreement provides the customer with greater refund or cancellation rights than this general policy, the offer-specific terms will control for that purchase.

1. General Refund Policy

Except where a specific money-back guarantee, written agreement, or applicable law provides otherwise:

  • Subscription payments are generally non-refundable once the applicable billing period begins.
  • Setup, onboarding, implementation, customization, and professional-service fees may become non-refundable once work begins.
  • Usage-based charges are non-refundable once incurred.
  • Third-party costs incurred on behalf of a customer are generally non-refundable.
  • Completed or substantially completed services are non-refundable.
  • Digital products may become non-refundable after access or delivery.

Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically create a right to a refund for amounts already paid or charges already incurred.

Nothing in this policy limits any refund, cancellation, or consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

2. Recurring Subscriptions

Market Weaverz services may be billed monthly, annually, or according to another recurring billing schedule disclosed at the time of purchase.

By purchasing a recurring subscription, the customer authorizes Market Weaverz or its payment processor to charge the applicable subscription amount at the disclosed billing frequency until the subscription is canceled.

Customers may cancel automatic renewal at any time.

Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement:

  • Cancellation prevents future renewals.
  • The subscription normally remains active through the end of the current paid billing period.
  • Cancellation does not automatically refund the current billing period.
  • Charges incurred before the effective cancellation date remain payable.

To avoid the next renewal charge, a cancellation request must be submitted before that renewal has been processed.

3. Monthly Plans

Monthly subscriptions may be canceled before the next monthly renewal.

Unless an applicable guarantee provides otherwise:

  • The customer retains access through the end of the current paid month.
  • Unused days are not prorated.
  • Partial-month refunds are not normally provided.
  • The subscription will not renew after the effective cancellation date.

4. Annual Plans

Annual subscriptions are generally prepaid for the full annual term.

Customers may cancel automatic renewal at any time during the annual term.

Cancellation prevents renewal for another annual term but does not normally end or refund the existing prepaid term.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, unused portions of an annual subscription are not prorated or refunded.

An annual-plan refund may be available where:

  • A specific money-back guarantee applies.
  • A written agreement expressly provides for a refund.
  • Market Weaverz approves a refund in its discretion.
  • Applicable law requires one.

5. Money-Back Guarantees

Certain Market Weaverz offers may include a specific money-back guarantee.

When a guarantee is expressly advertised or provided in writing, that guarantee becomes part of the applicable offer.

For example, an offer that expressly includes a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee may qualify for a refund when the customer submits an eligible refund request within the stated guarantee period and satisfies any clearly disclosed conditions associated with that guarantee.

An offer-specific guarantee may include its own:

  • Eligibility period.
  • Refund request procedure.
  • Exclusions.
  • Qualification requirements.
  • Limitations.
  • Other conditions.

Where an offer-specific guarantee conflicts with the general refund provisions in this policy, the written guarantee will control for that qualifying purchase.

The absence of a money-back guarantee on one Market Weaverz offer does not create a guarantee for another offer.

6. How Guarantee Periods Are Calculated

Unless a specific offer states otherwise, a guarantee period begins on the date of the initial purchase.

For example, a 30-day guarantee generally runs for 30 calendar days beginning with the purchase date.

Submitting a cancellation request does not automatically constitute a refund request unless the customer also requests a refund or clearly indicates that the request is being made under the applicable guarantee.

Refund requests must be submitted within the applicable guarantee period.

7. Setup, Onboarding, and Implementation Fees

Certain Market Weaverz services may include charges for:

  • Setup.
  • Onboarding.
  • Implementation.
  • Customization.
  • Account configuration.
  • CRM configuration.
  • Chatbot or Conversation AI setup.
  • Workflow automation.
  • Integrations.
  • Campaign configuration.
  • System migration.
  • Website or funnel work.
  • Communication-system setup.
  • Other professional services.

If a customer cancels before Market Weaverz begins the applicable work, an unused setup or implementation fee may be eligible for refund, less any non-refundable costs already incurred.

Once work has begun, amounts attributable to work already performed, resources already committed, or costs already incurred are generally non-refundable unless an applicable guarantee states otherwise.

Work may be considered started when Market Weaverz begins any substantive implementation activity requested or authorized by the customer.

8. Included or Waived Setup Services

Market Weaverz may occasionally offer promotions in which setup, onboarding, implementation, or Done-for-You services are included, discounted, waived, bundled, or presented as part of a promotional package.

The stated value of an included or waived service does not mean that the customer paid that amount separately.

If a qualifying purchase is refunded under an applicable money-back guarantee, Market Weaverz will not deduct the advertised value of a genuinely included or waived service unless the applicable offer clearly disclosed such a condition before purchase.

This provision does not prevent Market Weaverz from deducting legitimate third-party charges or usage costs where the applicable offer or law permits such deductions.

9. Usage-Based Charges

Some Market Weaverz services may generate charges based on actual usage.

These may include, where applicable:

  • SMS or MMS messages.
  • Telephone calls.
  • AI usage.
  • Voice AI usage.
  • Email usage.
  • WhatsApp usage.
  • Telephone numbers.
  • Telecommunications charges.
  • Carrier fees.
  • Registration fees.
  • Data services.
  • Premium software usage.
  • Advertising spend.
  • Other metered services.

Usage charges already incurred are generally non-refundable.

Cancellation does not eliminate usage charges incurred before service ends.

Because some providers report usage after a delay, a final usage charge may appear after a subscription has been canceled.

10. Third-Party Fees and Expenses

Market Weaverz services may rely on third-party platforms, telecommunications providers, software providers, advertising platforms, domain registrars, or other vendors.

Fees paid or committed to third parties on behalf of a customer are generally non-refundable when Market Weaverz cannot recover those amounts from the applicable provider.

Examples may include:

  • Carrier registration.
  • Domain purchases.
  • Telephone numbers.
  • Third-party software.
  • Advertising spend.
  • Data services.
  • Communication charges.
  • Externally purchased resources.

11. Promotional, Fast-Mover, and Grandfathered Pricing

Some Market Weaverz subscriptions may be offered at promotional pricing, including webinar pricing, introductory pricing, Fast-Mover pricing, limited-availability pricing, grandfathered pricing, founder pricing, or other discounted rates.

A promotional rate may be conditioned on the subscription remaining continuously active.

If such a subscription is canceled, the customer may permanently lose the promotional rate.

If the customer later returns, Market Weaverz may offer services at the pricing and terms available at that time.

Previous promotional pricing is not guaranteed to be restored.

12. Promotional Savings and Advertised Value

Market Weaverz may describe an offer using comparisons to regular subscription pricing, standard setup fees, onboarding fees, implementation fees, bundled services, or other included value.

These comparisons are intended to explain the economic value of an offer.

They do not create an independent cash value or refund entitlement for services that were included, discounted, or waived unless expressly stated otherwise.

13. Minimum-Term Agreements

Certain Market Weaverz services may require a minimum commitment period.

If a customer enters into an agreement containing a minimum term, canceling automatic renewal does not eliminate payment obligations already committed under that agreement.

The applicable service agreement or order form will control if its cancellation provisions differ from this general policy.

14. Add-Ons

Add-on services may generally be canceled independently from the customer's primary subscription unless the applicable offer states otherwise.

Cancellation of an add-on ordinarily becomes effective at the end of its current billing period.

Removing an add-on may affect bundle pricing, package eligibility, promotional discounts, or functionality that depends on the add-on.

If removing an add-on causes the remaining services to no longer qualify for bundled pricing, the remaining services may renew at their applicable standard pricing beginning with the next billing period.

15. Downgrades

A downgrade is not the same as a cancellation.

Unless otherwise agreed, plan downgrades generally become effective at the beginning of the next billing period.

Features that are not included in the lower plan may be removed or disabled when the downgrade becomes effective.

A downgrade does not generally create a refund for the difference between plans during an already-paid billing period.

16. One-Time Services

One-time professional services may include consulting, strategy, implementation, automation development, configuration, audits, website work, funnel work, campaign setup, technical services, or other project-based services.

Before substantive work begins, a customer may request cancellation.

If cancellation occurs before work begins, unused fees may be refundable, excluding third-party costs already incurred.

Once work begins, Market Weaverz may retain payment reasonably attributable to work completed, resources committed, and expenses incurred.

Completed work is generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

17. Digital Products, Training, Webinars, and Downloads

One-time purchases that do not automatically renew do not require subscription cancellation.

These may include ebooks, guides, templates, downloads, courses, webinar recordings, training programs, digital resources, and educational materials.

Unless an applicable guarantee states otherwise, digital products may become non-refundable once they have been delivered, downloaded, accessed, or substantially consumed.

If the specific offer includes a money-back guarantee, that guarantee will control.

18. Live Webinar and Training Purchases

If Market Weaverz sells paid access to a live webinar, training session, workshop, or event, cancellation and refund eligibility may depend on the terms presented with that event.

Where recordings or digital materials are included, access to those materials may affect refund eligibility if this was clearly disclosed before purchase.

Free webinars and free training events do not create a refund entitlement.

19. Cancellation Procedure

Customers may cancel through any self-service cancellation method provided within their Market Weaverz account or billing portal, when available.

Customers may also submit a cancellation request by email to:

[email protected]

The request should contain enough information to identify the account, such as:

  • Account holder or authorized contact name.
  • Business name.
  • Email address associated with the account.

A reason for cancellation is optional.

Customers are not required to purchase another service, accept an upgrade or downgrade, participate in a sales call or exit interview, or accept a retention offer in order to cancel an eligible recurring subscription.

Market Weaverz will provide confirmation after the cancellation request has been processed.

20. Refund Request Procedure

A request to cancel and a request for a refund are not necessarily the same request.

Customers seeking a refund should clearly request one.

Refund requests may be submitted to:

[email protected]

The request should include:

  • The customer's name.
  • Business name, if applicable.
  • Email address associated with the purchase.
  • Product or service purchased.
  • Approximate purchase date.
  • The reason for the refund request, when relevant to eligibility under an applicable guarantee.

21. Approved Refunds

Approved refunds will generally be returned to the original payment method where reasonably possible.

Processing times may vary depending on the payment processor, financial institution, card issuer, or payment method.

Market Weaverz cannot control the amount of time a customer's financial institution takes to post an approved refund after the refund has been issued.

22. Refunds Do Not Include Unrelated Charges

Unless required by law or expressly included in an applicable guarantee, a Market Weaverz refund does not necessarily include unrelated third-party or usage-based expenses.

Examples may include advertising spend, carrier fees, telecommunications usage, domain registration, third-party software fees, usage charges, and other separately incurred costs.

23. Duplicate or Incorrect Charges

Customers who believe they were charged more than once for the same transaction, billed after a cancellation became effective, charged an incorrect amount, or billed for a product they did not authorize should contact Market Weaverz as soon as reasonably possible.

Market Weaverz will review the transaction and correct confirmed billing errors.

Confirmed duplicate or erroneous charges are not treated as ordinary discretionary refund requests.

24. Chargebacks and Billing Disputes

We encourage customers to contact Market Weaverz directly regarding billing concerns so that we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.

Nothing in this policy prevents a customer from exercising lawful rights available through a payment provider, card issuer, financial institution, regulator, or applicable law.

Knowingly submitting false information in connection with a payment dispute may violate applicable agreements or law.

25. Service Failure or Failure to Deliver

If Market Weaverz is unable to provide a paid service that it agreed to provide and no reasonable substitute or resolution is available, the customer may be entitled to an appropriate refund or credit for the affected service.

Any such refund may take into account the portion of the service not delivered, amounts already earned through completed work, third-party expenses already incurred, and any applicable agreement or law.

Market Weaverz will not rely on a β€œno refunds” provision to retain payment for services that Market Weaverz never provided where doing so would violate applicable law.

26. What Happens After Cancellation

When a Market Weaverz service reaches its effective cancellation date:

  • Access to affected software or services may end.
  • Workflows may stop running.
  • Chat automation may stop responding.
  • Communication services may stop functioning.
  • Integrations may disconnect.
  • AI functionality may become unavailable.
  • Team access may be removed.
  • Access to information stored within the system may become unavailable.

Customers should export any information they are legally entitled to retain before service ends.

Data retention and deletion will be handled in accordance with applicable law, Market Weaverz's Privacy Policy, and relevant provider requirements.

27. Phone Numbers, Domains, and Other Assets

Telephone numbers, domains, messaging registrations, accounts, and similar assets may be subject to third-party rules.

Transferability depends on the applicable provider, ownership structure, account status, technical capabilities, and legal or regulatory requirements.

Customers who want to transfer an eligible asset should make the request before their service terminates.

28. Suspension or Termination by Market Weaverz

Market Weaverz may suspend or terminate service where reasonably necessary because of nonpayment, fraud, unlawful activity, prohibited messaging, spam, abusive conduct, security risks, misuse of AI or communication systems, violation of telecommunications requirements, violation of third-party platform policies, or material breach of an agreement.

Where reasonably possible, Market Weaverz may provide notice and an opportunity to correct the issue.

Charges properly incurred before termination for cause remain payable.

29. Termination by Market Weaverz Without Cause

If Market Weaverz permanently terminates a prepaid recurring service without cause and does not provide the remaining prepaid service, Market Weaverz may issue an appropriate prorated refund for the unused portion of the affected recurring subscription unless another remedy is provided in the applicable agreement.

This provision does not apply where termination results from customer breach, nonpayment, unlawful activity, prohibited platform use, fraud, abuse, or another valid termination-for-cause basis.

30. Outstanding Balances After Cancellation

Cancellation does not eliminate amounts already owed.

Customers remain responsible for authorized amounts incurred before service ended, including unpaid subscription charges, unpaid invoices, usage charges, third-party expenses, contractual minimum commitments, and other authorized outstanding balances.

31. Changes in Pricing

Canceling a subscription does not preserve the customer's current pricing for future purchases.

If a former customer later reactivates or purchases a new service, the applicable price will generally be the price offered at that time unless Market Weaverz agrees otherwise in writing.

Market Weaverz will provide any notice of changes to active recurring pricing required by an applicable agreement or law.

32. Cancellation Does Not Delete an Account Automatically

Canceling a paid subscription and requesting deletion of personal or business information are separate actions.

Customers who want to request deletion of eligible information should follow the procedures provided in Market Weaverz's Privacy Policy.

Certain records may need to be retained for tax purposes, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, regulatory compliance, contractual obligations, or other lawful purposes.

33. Business Customers and Authorized Representatives

Where a Market Weaverz account belongs to a business, cancellation or refund requests should be submitted by the account holder or an individual reasonably authorized to act for the business.

Market Weaverz may request reasonable verification before making material billing or account changes.

34. Order of Priority

If different documents contain different refund or cancellation terms, they will generally be interpreted in the following order:

  1. Applicable law.
  2. An offer-specific written money-back guarantee.
  3. A signed service agreement or order form.
  4. The terms clearly disclosed at checkout.
  5. This Refund & Cancellation Policy.
  6. Other general website terms.

This hierarchy is intended to ensure that specific commitments made to a customer are honored.

35. No Waiver of Legal Rights

Nothing in this policy is intended to waive or restrict any right or remedy that cannot legally be waived.

Where applicable law provides a customer with greater rights than this policy, applicable law will control.

37. Policy Updates

Market Weaverz may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy as its products, services, billing practices, or legal requirements change.

Material changes will apply prospectively unless otherwise required by law.

For an existing purchase, any specific guarantee, order form, service agreement, or checkout terms applicable to that purchase will continue to govern where required.
