1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by Market Weaverz, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions, you may not access our services.
2. Description of Service
Market Weaverz provides marketing automation software, CRM tools, and related services designed to help local service businesses manage leads, appointments, and customer communication. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Market Weaverz cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation. You are responsible for all content posted and activity that occurs under your account.
4. Payment, Billing & Usage
A valid payment method is required for paying accounts. You will be billed in advance on a recurring schedule (monthly or annually) according to your chosen plan. A one-time $497 implementation fee is charged at initial activation. Additional usage-based charges (including calls, phone numbers, SMS/MMS, email, and Voice AI) are billed separately based on actual consumption. All fees are exclusive of all taxes, levies, or carrier registration fees imposed by authorities.
5. Cancellation and Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically (monthly or annually) until canceled. You must submit a cancellation request at least 14 days before your next renewal date to prevent the next subscription charge. Access continues through the end of your current paid period. Annual subscriptions are prepaid for a 12-month term and cancellation stops future renewal but does not create a prorated refund except where required by law.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Market Weaverz, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
