3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Market Weaverz cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation. You are responsible for all content posted and activity that occurs under your account.
4. Payment and Billing
A valid payment method is required for paying accounts. You will be billed in advance on a recurring schedule (monthly or annually) according to your chosen plan. All fees are exclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Market Weaverz, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
